Admin


We love our admins and are glad you are interested in joining our team.  The goal of our application process is to make sure that Mommy Admin is a good fit for you. 

    The first step of the application process is sending us your resumé and an explanation of any experience you have.  The second step of the application will be emailed to you at that point.  Please allow 1-2 weeks for this second email.

    • Responds to emails quickly

    • Is professional and clear in their communication

    • Generally, has a set time every day to do admin work
    • Is a quick learner, fast worker, and creative problem solver to help businesses grow
    • Good with technology and learning new applications

    A successful admin doesn't necessarily need experience doing social media professionally or with all the platforms listed below. We will provide training and mentoring to make sure you have the skills you need.

    • Schedule pins using a scheduling software (i.e. Tailwind, Board Booster)
    • Create pin-able images photo-editing software (i.e. Canva, Photoshop)

    • Curate posts related to client's business
    • Use hashtags to increase visibility of client's account
     
    Content Marketing

    • Write quality posts related to client's business 
    • Use blogging platforms to edit and post (i.e. Wordpress)

    • Curate content from client database for newsletters
    • Use newsletter applications to assemble and send newsletters (i.e. MailChimp, Convert Kit)
